Application for Occupation Permit
The Occupation Permit (OP) is a combined work and residence permit that allows a non-citizen to reside and work in Mauritius. A non-citizen can apply for an OP under any of the following four categories, namely Investor, Professionals , Young Professionals and Self-Employed.
An Occupation Permit is granted for a maximum period of ten years, renewable thereafter, subject to the non-citizen satisfying the established criteria.
